Connecting with Tire Suppliers in Trax

To receive quotes or place orders for tires through Trax, you first need to be connected with at least one tire supplier. (You must have an existing account with the tire supplier to connect. See below for details.)

Note: This process can be used if setting up a tire supplier for the first time or adding a new supplier at a later time.


To connect your Trax shop with a tire supplier: 

  1. Click New Order from the left side panel and choose Tires Order.

  2. Click Find Tire Partners.

  3. In the form that displays, review the prepopulated business and contact information. Make adjustments as needed.

    1. Note: The OEC ID and Contact Email address cannot be changed. 
  4. For each supplier you want to connect with in the Supplier/Vendor Information section:

    1. Check the box to connect with them. 
    2. Fill in the information requested in the supplier text box. (It may vary by supplier, but the information requested can be found on the top of your latest supplier invoice.)
  5. Review the Terms and Conditions and choose YES to accept them.

  6. When ready, click Submit.


The information will be submitted to TireConnect and OEC. You will receive an email once the request has been submitted. Once the integration is complete (usually around three business days), you will receive another email. At this point, you can log in to Trax and begin receiving tire quotes and placing tire orders.
