Choosing Suppliers for a Collision Order

During the order process, suppliers are organized by part type (OEM, Aftermarket, etc.) in the Selected Suppliers panel on the right.

For each part type:

1. Choose the appropriate Supplier from the drop-down. Note: Primary Suppliers are listed first. 
    
2. Based on the chosen supplier, choose the Contact from the drop-down. 
    
   1. Note: If this drop-down is disabled, the chosen supplier has a sales person assigned to you. The tooltip () says, "Field disabled. Your shop has this sales rep assigned to it."
       
3. Choose a Delivery type from the drop-down.
   
   Options include:
   • Daytime: Parts will arrive in a standard delivery time.
   • Hot Tamale: Parts will be shipped for immediate delivery.
   • Will Call: Indicates parts will be picked up.
   • Next Day: Parts will arrive the next day.
4. If the order should be marked as a phone order:
   1. Click the plus sign to the right of the appropriate supplier.
       
   2. Check the Phone Order box.
       
   3. Click the minus sign () to minimize the section.
5. From here, you can Review the Parts List.
