Adding Notes or Photos to a Collision Order

Notes and photos can be included in a collision order and sent to a supplier.

Click an option below to get started:

To add notes to an order:
1. Click the plus sign.
2. Type the notes as desired.
3. When finished, click the minus sign () to minimize the section.
To add photos to an order:
1. Click the plus sign.
2. Click the image icon to open the File Explorer.
3. Click to highlight the desired photo and click Open.
4. The photo will display as a thumbnail.
5. Repeat the process to add more photos.
6. When finished, click the minus sign () to minimize the section.
