KB Article #7424
Return claims that have been filed can be opened and viewed anytime from the Return Status view.
To view a return claim:
- Click Return Status from the left side panel.
- Find the return in the list and then click the RO # to open it.
- The return displays on the right side.
- The top section provides return details.
Information includes:- RO Number
- Reference Number
- Creation date
- Total Parts
- Pickup Date
- Last Update
- The bottom section lists all parts being returned from this repair order.
Information includes:- Part Number
- Description
- Reason and any applicable Notes
- Status
- Quantity
- Price
