Reviewing Quote Options for Applicable Parts on a Collision Order

If your shop is integrated with any of the following supplier types or a part has ValuTrax pricing discounts set up, be sure to review applicable parts for alternative opportunities.

Click an option below to get started: 

• To review parts with aftermarket opportunities:
   
  1. If a part has an aftermarket option available, a Quotes label displays in the Order Options column. 
     
  2. Hover over it and click View Options.
     
  3. Order Option Details display in a side panel, showing all aftermarket options available based on your aftermarket integrations. Check the box to the left of the desired option. 
     
     1. To view additional details about the part, click the eye icon under Details. 
        
     2. Any vendors listed under the table as No Quotes do not have an available quote for that part. 
        
  4. When ready, click Save Selection.
     
     1. Click Cancel to keep the original part from the order.
  5. If selected, the icon in the Order Options column will change to green and the part details will update accordingly. 
     
• To review parts with salvage opportunities:
   
  1. If a part has a salvage option available, a Quotes label displays in the Order Options column.
     
  2. Hover over it and click View Options.
     
  3. Order Option Details display in a side panel, showing all salvage options available based on your salvage supplier integrations. Check the box to the left of the desired option.
     
     1. To view additional details about the part, click the eye icon under Details.
        
     2. For details on the A-R-A Damage Code, click the icon. 
        
     3. Any vendors listed under the table as No Quotes do not have an available quote for that part. 
        
  4. When ready, click Save Selection.
     
     1. Click Cancel to keep the original part from the order.
  5. If selected, the icon in the Order Options column will change to green and the part details will update accordingly. 
     
• To review parts with ValuTrax pricing:
   
  1. If a part has ValuTrax parts pricing available, a Quotes label displays in the Order Options column.
     
  2. Hover over it and click View Quotes.
     
  3. Order Option Details display in a side panel, showing all available pricing options. Check the box to the left of the desired option.
     
     1. To view additional details about the part, click the eye icon under Details. 
        
  4. When ready, click Save Selection.
     
     1. Click Cancel to keep the original part from the order.
  5. If selected, the icon in the Order Options column will change to green and the part details will update accordingly. 
     

From here, you can: 

• Add Notes/Photos.

• Finalize and Place the Order.
