Use any imported estimate to create a collision order in Trax.

To create a collision order:
- Open the estimate using the Estimate Queue or New Order option.

This method is recommended for MSOs or shops with high volume.
To find the estimate in the Estimate Queue:
- Click Estimate Queue from the left side panel.
- Locate the estimate in the list and click the line to open it.
- Click Estimate Queue from the left side panel.

This method is recommended for shops with lower volume.
To find the estimate:
- Click New Order from the left side panel and choose Collision Order.
- Choose the Repair Order from the drop-down.
- If an advanced search is needed:
- Click Adv. Search to open the advanced search criteria.
- Enter the requested information.
Options include:- RO number
- VIN
- Date Range
- All Estimates or Unordered Estimates
- When ready, click Filter.
- Click Adv. Search to open the advanced search criteria.
- Click Select to the right of the repair order.
- Click New Order from the left side panel and choose Collision Order.

- Choose the suppliers you wish to order from.
- Review the parts list for accuracy, including part numbers and quantities.
- Review any available quote options for applicable parts, such as aftermarket or salvage parts or ValuTrax pricing opportunities.
- If needed, add tires to the order. (Note: This requires the TireConnect integration.)
- Add any notes or photos to send with the order.
- When ready, click Send Order to send the new order to your supplier(s).
- Once submitted, a success message displays.
From here, you can:- Click View Order Status to open the Unfilled Orders queue.
- Click View Estimate Queue to return to the Estimate queue.
- Click Send Another Order to begin a new collision order.
